- Players are expected to use the in-game report system (press the F7 key while in Rust) AND use our Discord ticketing system (#open-a-ticket channel in https://discord.gg/b8f9CuVXX6) to provide additional information to our staff team when reporting players.
- Under no circumstances can a player on Uncle Sams servers call out cheaters or teamers in-game using global chat. Once a player is βcalled outβ β they know they are being watched and will discontinue their behavior. This prevents our Staff Team from monitoring the activity, collecting evidence, and progressing the investigation.
- Note: Using the F7 report system will trigger an automatic in-game recording of the reported player which is immediately sent to our Staff Team for review. This is an instrumental component of our investigations.
- Respect Staff: Disrespect will result in Mute/Perm Ban. No exceptions.
- No Third-Party Clients: Use of cheats results in immediate ban, regardless of donation status.
- Vac/EAC/Game Ban: Bans less than 180 days old or more than 1 Vac/EAC over 180 days are not allowed.
- Support Tickets Only: Use β ππ₯ππ£-πΌ-ππππ ππ© for support, In Discord
- Do not message staff or post in chat about bans or appeals.
- No Racism: Mute/Ban for racist remarks or actions. Repeat offenses result in Perm Ban.
- Discord Etiquette: Respect others, avoid extreme language or personal attacks. Excessive violation leads to mute/ban.
- No Promotion: Permanent ban for promoting other servers without staff approval.
- Admin Neutrality: Admins do not play or provide unfair advantages. Do not ask for information or items.
- Exploits: Report immediately; abuse results in ban. Insiding: Joining and leaving clans to inside raid is prohibited.
- English Chat: Primary language is English.
- VPN Policy: VPN use is prohibited.
- Admin Discretion: Admins may issue mutes, bans, or perm bans at their discretion.
- Rule Changes: Subject to change, announcements will be made.
Follow the rules to avoid issues.
- We have zero tolerance for racism, slurs, hate speech, and/or excessive toxicity on our server. You will be permanently banned for a first offense and we do not accept appeals for violations of this rule.
- No racial or homophobic slurs. Do not type it, do not write/draw on a sign, do not say it in voice chat, donβt spell it out with fireworks, write it on a note, rename someoneβs bag to it, etc.
- No excessive toxicity. Trash talk and profanity are allowed. However, you may not engage in language/behavior that creates an overly toxic environment within the community. Some examples: making real-life threats of harm, glorifying/threatening sexual assault, doxxing players or staff, repeatedly and flagrantly harassing other players/staff, telling community members to commit suicide or encouraging self-harm.
- Be a good person, donβt cross the line with your communications, and you will not have any issues. This is common sense for 99.9% of humanity, but it needs to be spelled out for the 0.1%.
- Admins do not play on the server and only monitor gameplay to identify issues and catch rulebreakers.
- Admins for Uncle Sams will never have any impact on player gameplay whatsoever.
- Admins will not remove walls/objects for players.
- Admins will not intervene or replace items for player-caused issues or for widely known Facepunch-caused bugs (items falling through foundations).
- Admins are not allowed to spawn any items or entities within the game.
- Admins will never modify the game environment (changing time of day, weather, decay rate, etc).
- Admins will never disclose player information to other players. We will not tell you who raided you, or where the base of a player is, or information about their account/activity that only staff would know.
- Our community is not for the advertisements of others, do not promote yourself and keep Links out of your name when joining our community.

- If you have been banned you can join our discord (https://discord.gg/b8f9CuVXX6) In our discord you need to find #Open-a-Ticket and in the thread you can make a ban appeal. (Ban appeals may take about 7 days to be Accepted/Declined depending on ban reason)
- Sadly, Permanent bans as stated in the name are permanent and can usually only be appealed after 6 months up to 1 year has passed depending on the severity, If you have also received a ban from the discord in the meantime or at the same time, the ban cannot be appealed at all. If this is the case then you are no longer welcome at Uncle Sams.
